This Cookie Policy explains how Liitu uses necessary cookies and, only after your consent, Google Analytics on the public website.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow websites to remember your session, preferences, and other state across requests.
Liitu uses necessary cookies for authentication (access_token, refresh_token and, where applicable, mfa_token or superadmin_token), screen pairing (device_token), language preference (NEXT_LOCALE), and temporary protection of Google or Microsoft calendar authorisation. Google Analytics cookies are set only on public marketing pages after you consent. Depending on their purpose, cookies last from 5 minutes to at most 2 years.
| Cookie Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| access_token | Short-lived JWT for authenticating API requests. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. | Essential | Session (15 minutes) |
| refresh_token | JWT for silently renewing the access token. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. | Essential | 7 days |
| _ga and _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics uses these to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions on public marketing pages. Set only after consent. | Optional analytics | Up to 2 years |
After your consent, Liitu uses Google Analytics 4 from Google LLC to measure aggregated pageviews on public marketing pages. We do not send signed-in dashboard pages, screen views or URL query parameters to Google. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Calendar providers may set cookies on their own domains when you visit their authorisation page; their own cookie policy applies there.
Necessary authentication cookies can only be avoided by not using Liitu. You can reject Google Analytics without losing functionality and change your choice below at any time. When you withdraw consent, measurement stops and Liitu removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. You can also clear cookies through your browser's privacy settings.
