Why three screens can be more useful than one large one
A family rarely needs the same information in every room. The kitchen may need the full week, the hallway only today, tomorrow and the weather, while a desk display can combine work and private calendars.

Which existing screen should you use?
A spare tablet works well in a kitchen or hallway because it is compact and already has Wi-Fi. Check that its browser still receives security updates and use a safe charging setup. Do not leave a device with a damaged or swelling battery permanently connected to power.
A TV or monitor is easier to read at a distance and suits a wide weekly layout. Some smart-TV browsers are limited or close pages after a while; a small computer or Raspberry Pi over HDMI can be more dependable. Test the board on the exact device before mounting it.
Consider viewing distance and interaction as well. A hallway display needs larger text than a tablet on a worktop. Touch is useful when family members complete tasks on the screen, while a read-only weekly overview works well on an ordinary TV.

Do I need special hardware?+
No. A device with a recent browser is enough, such as a tablet, laptop, Raspberry Pi with a monitor or compatible smart TV.
Can I add events from the display?+
Liitu uses read-only synchronisation. Create and edit events in Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or Apple Calendar as usual.
What happens when the internet connection drops?+
An internet connection is required for current data and synchronisation. The display fetches the latest schedule when the connection returns.
